How much does an online client card for a beauty salon cost?

Is the electronic client card GDPR-compliant?
Yes. The system collects consent to process personal data on every form submission, records the date and time it was given, and stores the data encrypted on EU servers. You have full control over access and can export or delete client data on request — in line with Articles 15–17 of the GDPR.
How long should a client card be kept in a beauty salon?
Retention periods for beauty services vary by country and are not set by a single fixed rule. In practice, treatment records are kept for the period in which civil claims can be brought — often a few years, or longer for higher-risk treatments. Digital cards take no physical space, so archiving is effortless. This is general information — when in doubt, consult a lawyer about the rules in your country.
Does the client's e-signature have legal force?
A signature made with a finger or stylus on the screen is an electronic signature under the eIDAS Regulation. Together with the recorded date, time and IP address it is evidence that the client read the form and consented to the treatment. In salon practice this is sufficient protection in case of a dispute.
Will the client card work in a hair salon or a tattoo studio?
Yes. The builder is universal — you build the form yourself, so you can just as well create a treatment card for aesthetic cosmetology, a nail salon, a lash and brow studio, a massage room, a hair salon, a tattoo studio or permanent makeup. Just adapt the questions to the service.
What if the client doesn't fill in the form before the visit?
Nothing is lost — you can hand her a tablet or phone on the spot. The form opens from the same link and takes a minute to complete. Sending an SMS before the visit is an option that saves time, not a requirement.
Can I move my paper client cards into the system?
Yes. You can enter the data manually or import it from a file. It's worth scanning historical paper cards and attaching them to the client profile, so all documentation is in one place.
How does the GabinetOnline integration work?
BeautyForms is natively integrated with the GabinetOnline system. Once a client is booked for a visit the form can be sent automatically, and once completed it goes straight to her profile.
What is the Cosmetologist AI Assistant and is the data secure?
It is a smart helper built into BeautyForms. From the intake and photos it proposes a ready treatment plan, writes recommendations and messages, and gives a preliminary skin assessment with a before/after description. The AI plan at €47 net/month (€39 without AI) includes 100 generations per month, and each additional one costs €0.12 net; the first 14 days are free. Photos are sent to the AI provider only for the time needed to generate the response — they are not stored permanently or used to train models, and analysis requires the client's consent.
